1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, registering on, or placing any wager through the 2tk10 platform (accessible at 2tk10.app and any associated mobile browser interface), you confirm that you have read these Terms and Conditions in their entirety and that you agree to be legally bound by them.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and 2tk10 with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, warranties, and understandings, whether written or oral, relating to the same subject matter.

Your acceptance is further evidenced by any of the following actions: completing the account registration process and ticking the checkbox confirming agreement to these Terms; logging into an existing 2tk10 account after a revised version of these Terms has been published; or placing any bet, deposit, or withdrawal after the effective date of the most current version of these Terms.

If you are using the platform on behalf of another individual, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that individual to these Terms and that by accepting, you do so on behalf of that individual.

2 Eligibility and Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

The 2tk10 platform is strictly available to individuals aged 18 years and above. By registering, you confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement. 2tk10 reserves the right to request age verification documentation at any time. Any account found to belong to a player under 18 will be immediately closed, all winnings will be forfeited, and deposited funds will be returned to the source payment method to the extent practicable.

2.2 Geographic Eligibility

2tk10 operates primarily for players located in Bangladesh. You are solely responsible for ensuring that online betting and casino activity is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering. 2tk10 makes no representation that its services are legal in all locations. Access from jurisdictions where such activity is prohibited is done at your own risk and may result in account closure.

2.3 Registration Information

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating your account, including your full legal name, date of birth, valid contact details, and preferred payment method. Any false or misleading information provided during registration constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

2.4 One Account Policy

Each individual player is permitted to hold one active account on the 2tk10 platform at any time. Opening or operating multiple accounts — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are detected, 2tk10 reserves the right to close all associated accounts without notice and to withhold any balances pending investigation.

2.5 Account Verification (KYC)

As part of our commitment to security and responsible gaming, 2tk10 may require you to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process before processing any withdrawal. Acceptable verification documents may include a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or other government-issued identification confirming your name, date of birth, and address. Failure to provide adequate documentation within the requested timeframe may result in account suspension.

3 Account Obligations

3.1 Credential Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 2tk10 username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes associated with your account. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. 2tk10 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

3.2 Reporting Unauthorised Access

If you suspect that your 2tk10 account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify our support team immediately at [email protected]. 2tk10 will investigate and, where appropriate, temporarily suspend the account while the matter is resolved.

3.3 Accurate Account Maintenance

You are responsible for ensuring that your registered contact details and payment information remain accurate and up to date at all times. 2tk10 is not responsible for failed communications, delayed withdrawals, or other issues arising from outdated account information.

3.4 Personal Use Only

Your 2tk10 account is for your personal use only. You may not allow any third party to access or use your account. Accounts used by multiple individuals, or accounts used on behalf of a third party, will be closed without notice and any balance may be withheld pending review.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

2tk10 supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and other payment methods listed in the platform cashier at the time of transaction. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without notice. All transactions are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳).

4.2 Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit amount on 2tk10 is ৳200 per transaction. There is no maximum deposit limit set at the platform level, though individual payment providers may impose their own limits. 2tk10 reserves the right to adjust minimum deposit thresholds and will communicate any changes to registered players.

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where technically possible, in line with anti-money-laundering requirements. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 24 hours of approval. Withdrawals will not be processed until KYC verification is complete and any applicable bonus wagering requirements have been met.

4.4 Withdrawal Limits

Minimum withdrawal amounts and any applicable daily or weekly withdrawal limits are displayed in the platform cashier. 2tk10 reserves the right to apply enhanced due diligence to unusually large withdrawal requests, which may result in processing delays of up to 5 business days.

4.5 No Third-Party Payments

All deposits must be made from a payment method that is registered in your own name. 2tk10 does not accept third-party deposits under any circumstances. Any funds received from a payment method not registered in your name will be returned and your account may be suspended pending investigation.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by 2tk10 are subject to specific terms and conditions that are published at the time the promotion is made available. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms and Conditions, the specific promotion's terms shall prevail.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion's terms, bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times before they are eligible for withdrawal. Wagering requirements, eligible games, and minimum odds applicable to each bonus are stated clearly within the respective promotion page. Bets placed on restricted games or below the minimum qualifying odds will not count towards wagering requirements.

5.3 One Bonus Per Promotion

Each player is entitled to claim a given promotional offer once unless explicitly stated otherwise. 2tk10 reserves the right to limit bonus eligibility by account, household, IP address, device, or payment method where abuse is suspected.

5.4 Bonus Abuse

Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus more than once; using low-risk wagering patterns designed to complete wagering requirements without genuine risk; and co-ordinating with other players to exploit promotional terms. Where bonus abuse is detected, 2tk10 reserves the right to void bonus funds and any winnings derived from them without prior notice.

5.5 Expiry of Bonuses

Bonus funds and free bets that are not used or wagered within the stated validity period will automatically expire and be removed from your account balance. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated under any circumstances.

6 Betting and Gaming Rules

6.1 Accepted Bets

All bets placed on 2tk10 are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, market, or casino game. These rules are available within each product section of the platform. 2tk10 reserves the right to void bets placed on markets that were offered in error, at incorrect odds, or on events where the outcome was already known at the time of placement.

6.2 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all betting markets and casino games and are displayed within the relevant product interface. 2tk10 reserves the right to reduce maximum stake limits for individual players at its sole discretion, particularly where unusual betting patterns are detected.

6.3 In-Play Betting

In-play (live) betting markets are offered subject to real-time data availability. 2tk10 is not responsible for any delays in odds updates caused by third-party data providers. Bets accepted during a data delay are subject to review and may be voided at 2tk10's discretion where the delay materially affected the outcome of the wager.

6.4 Game Integrity

All casino and slot games available on 2tk10 use certified random number generation (RNG) technology supplied by licensed third-party game providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages for individual games are available within the game's information panel.

6.5 Disconnection Policy

In the event of a disconnection during a live casino game or slot session, 2tk10's system will attempt to complete any in-progress round using the last confirmed action recorded on our servers. 2tk10 is not liable for losses incurred as a result of a disconnection caused by your device, internet service provider, or local network conditions.

7 Responsible Gaming

2tk10 is committed to providing a safe, fair, and responsible gaming environment for all players. We recognise that for a small number of players, gambling can become problematic, and we take our obligations in this area seriously.

7.1 Self-Exclusion

Any player who believes their gambling may be becoming a problem may request a voluntary self-exclusion from the 2tk10 platform. Self-exclusions can be applied for a minimum period of 6 months and take effect within 24 hours of the request being confirmed. During a self-exclusion period, the player's account will be closed and no marketing communications will be sent.

Players may set personal deposit limits, loss limits, and wager limits through their account settings at any time. Limit reductions take effect immediately. Limit increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period before taking effect, to allow players time to reconsider.

7.3 Reality Checks

Players may configure reality check reminders that display a summary of time and funds spent during a gaming session at regular intervals. This tool is designed to support informed decision-making and promote responsible play.

7.4 Minor Protection

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the 2tk10 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any other time;
• Registering or operating more than one account, whether personally or in conjunction with another individual;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other technological means to interact with the platform in a manner not intended for standard player use;
• Engaging in or facilitating match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any other form of sports integrity violation in connection with events offered on 2tk10;
• Colluding with other players in live casino games or poker variants to gain an unfair advantage;
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities in any 2tk10 game or platform system;
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity or using the platform to launder money in any form;
• Attempting to access another player's account without authorisation;
• Publishing, transmitting, or facilitating the transmission of abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise unlawful content through any 2tk10 communication channel;
• Using a VPN, proxy, or other IP-masking tool to circumvent geographic restrictions or account suspensions;
• Placing bets with the intention of arbitraging promotions or exploiting pricing errors in a systematic manner.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the 2tk10 platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, software, and the compilation thereof — is the property of 2tk10 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. The 2tk10 name and logo are proprietary trademarks of the platform.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 2tk10 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not include the right to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or otherwise exploit any portion of the platform without the express written permission of 2tk10.

Any unauthorised use of 2tk10's intellectual property, including screen-scraping, data harvesting, or systematic extraction of platform data for commercial purposes, is strictly prohibited and may result in civil or criminal liability.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 2tk10 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, even if 2tk10 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

2tk10's total liability to you in connection with any claim arising from your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

2tk10 does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While 2tk10 makes reasonable efforts to maintain uptime, particularly during major sporting events such as BPL finals and T20 World Cup matches, temporary unavailability may occur for scheduled maintenance or due to circumstances beyond our control.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit 2tk10's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

11 Account Suspension and Closure

11.1 Suspension by 2tk10

2tk10 reserves the right to suspend or close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where there are reasonable grounds to believe that the player has breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or other players.

11.2 Balance on Closure

Where an account is closed by 2tk10 due to a breach of these Terms, any remaining balance may be withheld pending investigation. Where a breach is confirmed, 2tk10 reserves the right to forfeit some or all of the balance. Where an account is closed for reasons unrelated to player fault (for example, 2tk10 ceasing to offer services in a given region), any verified real-money balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method.

11.3 Closure by the Player

You may close your 2tk10 account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Prior to account closure, any pending withdrawals will be processed and any eligible real-money balance will be returned to your registered payment method. Bonus funds remaining at the time of closure will be forfeited.

11.4 Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months. 2tk10 reserves the right to apply a monthly dormancy administration fee to dormant account balances or to close such accounts after providing reasonable notice to the registered email address.

12 Amendments and Governing Law

12.1 Amendments

2tk10 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — meaning they could reasonably affect your rights or obligations as a player — 2tk10 will provide notice to registered players via the email address on file or via a platform notification. Your continued use of the 2tk10 platform following the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

12.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found by a competent authority to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable. The validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions shall not be affected.

12.3 Waiver

No failure or delay by 2tk10 in exercising any right or remedy provided under these Terms shall constitute a waiver of that or any other right or remedy, nor shall it prevent or restrict the further exercise of that or any other right or remedy.

12.4 Entire Agreement

These Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any specific promotion terms you have accepted, constitute the entire agreement between you and 2tk10 and supersede all prior communications, representations, and agreements relating to your use of the platform.
